Please i need help. i got a mail from WES on the 12th that my documents has been sent to UNN for verification, I paid online to UNN for verification and contacted someone who handles the verification in UNN to inform her that i have made payment and she said WES has not sent the mail. I contacted WES via Phone call and the lady that picked said they have sent the mail on the 11th and they can't resend it until after 7weeks which is so far away. Please has anyone experienced such or has an advice about what i can do?

My document have been awaitng verification for two months, I have tried calling, they didn't pick
and their responses via webmail have been unhelpful. Any suggestion on what I could do??

I suggest you follow up through webmails and phone calls. But at the same time, you need to be patient. My last set of documents were received by WES on 26 and 27 August, yet the documents were just accepted last Friday, 13th September.

i called the phone number on their website, had to stay on call for 11 minutes before someone finally picked up.

lol I'm not that stubborn to not listen to people who know what they're saying. I listened to y'alls advice, I just wanted to see if based on the work info I put, I would get an "ineligible" message after submitting. I really just wanted to know what it was like to go through with the application. I made sure that with all the info I put, my Crs score wouldn't be above 410 so I wouldn't take away any one's chance of getting an ITA. Very grateful for all of y'alls input My husband to be would be the primary applicant when we're ready to go ahead with our application. He has 3 years work experience. You could be right.. just may be..CIC stated one full year of continuous experience but didn't state it must be in one Company.. 'Me thinks' it will fly if there's no gap in the year and especially as it's in same NOC..

My opinion, I could be wrong..

Please do we also need international passport for kids during medical test?

Submitted passports in Lagos on the 26th of August because I was in the US till 23rd August and requested for extension of passport submission deadline.

The application was uneventful except for the High blood pressure that was recorded for me during medicals.

Please I need advice.

My work experience below

Company A- 2yrs 7 months

Company B- 3 years 1 month (Self employed)

Company C- 1year 8 months

They are all in same NOC but i want to claim points for just Company A and C. i will only put B under personal history to save myself the stress of gathering docs for Company B.


Please can i do this or is it a must to claim points, and submit reference letters for the three companies.

I have tried calling them. However, they don't pick up as I just keep hearing voice prompts
Abi is there a special way of calling them

Try call WES. They may have mistaken your statement of result to be verification.

When Unilag sent the initial transcript back in July, Unilag responded before WES updated my profile
So when WES updated my portal, It showed accepted.
However they haven't responded to subsequent verification requests and my profile has been stagnant for over two months

I had the same issue and called them immediately. If using an actual scanner still does not work, call them. Check their website for the contact details.

Everything about WES is what the yorubas call Suru (patience). You may have to spend close to 30 minutes on the phone before they pick (at least that's what I experienced) . So brace up.

That's how RSUST didn't "see" the verification mail/letter from WES till I paid 5k. It was that day they saw it�

Did you get help yet? I did! Do you have any ongoing education? If yes, just take it off "study and languages" and place it under personal history. This should resolve the request for transcript. If you don't mind getting a transcript, that's fine. Personally, I have a lot of documents already to submit and am not about to add more to the list (besides I'm not claiming any points for this particular education). Let me know if this works out for you.

Good day house, concerning this WES issue, the DOB on my WAEC certificate is different from the one on my international passport ( which is the official age I am applying with). What effect will this have on my application and if their is a negative impact, what can I do to rectify this.

Just search for them on facebook and drop a message, because of time difference the response may take a while but they will definitely respond. That was how i tracked and got all information i needed from WES. All the best

It depends on the organisation you intend using. I used IOM and everything was done via email exchange. Your international passport and a passport photograph that's all you need to take there, however when you want to book for an appointment a list is sent to you, just fill the information requested not a form just basic information about you dassal before the date if the medicals

I used my Stanbic Mutual funds account. Had about 70% of the funds required already in it. Got a gift for the balance from my brother. I prepared the gift deed myself and got it notarized. I didn't have to go to Stanbic bank to get my reference letter. I contacted them via mail and was asked to pay a token of #2625 and it was mailed back to me in less than 3 days. Also got my 6months account balance from them. It was quite easy and straightforward. For submission, I included the reference letter, 6months account balance, gift deed and transfer receipts of the gift.

I just want to thank God for making this day a reality. I've followed this thread from either part 1 or 2 i can't remember. PPR finally shows up. IELTS: August 2017 ECA: July 2018 ITA: 8th August 2018 MEP 1: 25th October 2018 BIL: 29th October 2018 RPRF: 4th December
