The President's panel theme was climate change resilience hence the question about a pathway to resilience, she referenced the young population to highlight climate change urgency, but the question was climate change resilience and the president answered the question brilliantly.

It was a climate change event, not a youth or youth population event.

She never asked him what the future plan was for the young population. She asked him what he was planning to do about climate change because he has a lot of young people. those are two different questions
