The question was just asking how will Nigeria use its huge youth population to mitigate the effect of climate change going forward = Resilient Future.

The problem is we are taking the question literally.
These are the kind of questions people fail in exam they will say "Sir but you didn't put climate change in the question"

Also this wasn't a panel discussion every president read a prepared speech the moderator expected them too.
