If only you could read to understand you will get my point, I dare you to leave the comfort of your uncomfortable environment and go to the slum and tell people about "climate change", go explain to the man who has barely eaten in days, the man Who cannot afford his kids school fees because he hasn't received his minimum wage in months, the man who hasn't seen electricity in months but the Bill's keep coming, go tell these people that ice is melting rapidly in North pole and see whether they wont change your climate with slaps........ angry

First, your first quote made no sense at all. I mean, how would someone who claims to be educated and abreast with happenings around his environment say Nigeria has no business with climate change? Have you noticed the heavy rainfall and the flooding down south in recent years? That's as a result of climate change. People's farm land are being taken over by flood. abi na only ice melting for North Pole be climate change?
Currently, there's desertification going on the North and the Sahel region as a result of climate change and this has resulted in migration of people from those areas and it's one of the causes of insecurity in the South. Herders are looking for ways to feed their herds, hence the reason we have had Herders/Farmers crisis yet you say we don't have any business with climate change.

Second, yes this is a faceless forum but trust me, not everyone on nairaland lives in an uncomfortable environment like you do.

Oga, its a fat lie.... He did not address the question at all, oga, at all, let's try to be factual... Say the truth no matter who is hurt... Your president goofed....

We will take concrete steps to harness climate innovative ideas by including youths in decision-making processes as part of our over-all climate governance architecture. We will mobilize Nigerian youths towards planting 25 million trees to enhance Nigeria’s carbon sink.

Stop doing follow follow, he addressed the question perfectly.

The problem is not the president, it's the lazy Nigerian youths., They can not read and comprehend.

Nigeria is a land of HATE.
The earlier people stop doing things because they expect not to be labeled 'tribalist" the better for them.

There are 3 Nigerian States considered to have proximity to the Lake Chad area: Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa. If we decide to stretch it further, maybe parts of Gombe.

How does the population of these parts come close to 40 million Nigerian citizens?

Even if you add up the population on the Cameroonian and Chadian sides of the basin, you still cannot get 40 million. That's a fact.

Which is the fourth country you talk of, please?

Not Nigerian citizens but citizens of Nigeria and the three other countries that border the lake. They all have access to the lake for fishing and transport. The people that live around that areas share hundreds of years of contact through trade and marriage. Save for colonisation there would be no no border separating them

You're a mo-ron, just like Buhari. Trump was reading from a teleprompter. That's a prepared speech. Plus English is his first language, though he's a habitual rambler.

You don't know Trump. You are just like your deaf president. Your name tells me you need to be tested.
