Thank you for your reply. After several online research, I found out that social work isn't taught with English which wud be a problem for me, so I've decided to go for another course Project Management with my focus on IT project management. The school said any Bsc holder can apply for the course.
What I mean by prospect is how well does the occupation pays over there. So what is the prospect of IT project management.

Ukraine, not because of the education system but for the fact that it's one of the European countries but if he is going to come back to Nigeria after his education, then china is the right place for him.
