I respect you and I mean no offences but you still don't get me. There is no qualms in using the word "Allah" with the intent of referring to "Yahweh". So I already knew most of those things, but as I said, where most of us get it wrong is comparing Islam to Christianity instead of Judaism which is the same standard and Abrahamic covenant with it.

Because if you do so then you would have issues because Christianity is an upgrade of both Islam and Judaism, because of the single factor of Jesus.

But if you use Judaism instead, you'd see that there's no much difference, for ever before Islam ever came into existence, Jesus was rejected, persecuted, almost stoned, almost thrown headlong down a hill, blasphemed against, framed up, mocked, and condemned to death by Judaists.

And you also know what happened to His followers, Stephen was stoned to death, Peter and John were beaten and shamed, and there arose serious persecution against the church that they were being committed to prison etc. And it wasn't muslims behind the serious persecution the church suffered but Judaists, yet that didn't make the God of Judaism to be different from the God of Jesus or of the Christians.

So that's my point with Islam, the Koran and Mohammed, because if you compare them with the Jews who are also of the Abrahamic covenant, you'd see that they are very similar, because that is the covenant that God is using as the standard for the first stage of Islam, before He brings them to the knowledge of Jesus just as it was in the instance of Israel.

So that's why He hid the knowledge concerning Jesus from Mohammed, for the time of that revelation in God's plans for Islam had not yet come.

I know it's not going to be easy, but I am trying to follow God, because God has a plan for Muslims just as He has for the Judaists concerning His Son Jesus.

Though it initially used to be heaven because the last thing I wanted to do, was to end up in hell. But when I began to walk with God and got to know Him, I was like, what?

Is this what I have been missing all this while?

To be honest, I wish I had gotten to know Him much much earlier, and if possible all through my whole life, because God is the best thing that I had ever known and the best thing that had ever happened to me, past, present and even future.

And that is not flattery by any means, infact it's a huge understatement, as mere words cannot even describe Him. He's just too good to be true.

And I began to see why those that truly got to know Him in the past, wouldn't trade Him or His position for anything else, but would do or give anything to keep Him, because God just too much, walahi. So once you truly get a taste of Him, you'd never want to let Him go, because you become hooked for life, and just can't get enough of Him.

So despite that God wasn't my original my target, having come to know Him, He has won over my heart, soul and mind, that my target is now to please Him and be as close to His heart as possible.

That's why my target is no longer heaven, but He who dwells in it.

By the way, I've also heard Freeze one numerous occasions saying Allah and God is one and the same. The basis for his argument is that Jesus spoke Aramaic, and in Aramaic, God is translated as Il-Lah or something like that. Still too weak an argument to connect the dots in my opinion. For example, Salaam Alekum (Islam/Arabic) and Shalom Aleichem (Judaism/Hebrew) means the same thing. Yahweh and Allah? What’s the line connecting the dots between them?
