I opened the PayPal/is instead of /ls and that's what I've been using to receive my money. Please will the UBA prepaid Vsa work with that too or it only works with Lesotho, S.A and UAE? This is because you can't use a card twice on PayPal. So I want to make sure before linking it.

I only use Lesotho PayPal. I wouldn't be able to say anything authoritatively on that.
Make sure you request international high variant of the card, but if you if do get another and it works, we'd have learnt from you.

I had the same problem, but could eventually withdraw. I noticed that the option comes and disappears, and I was thinking it was probably caused by my browser.
