Fake address. I've done that

his website: www.joeellaautos.com does not exist, its fake! The guy is a criminal, he has been planning to scam you for long, taking advantage of trust as a result of previous deals that went through. But he cannot escape, and he seems to be hiding in Benin Republic. Do report the matter to EFCC, so they can freeze his accounts.

Okay

He says the direct contact for the car he remitted the funds to dissapeared into thin air

I asked why he used fake domain name and fake address

I also asked when the person absconded and why he kept requesting for more funds

I'm telling him to turn himself in and come clean. If all this happened. He could have given you another car as security that you're working on resolving his issues or communicated with you clearly.

I have checked his accounts, he has no money there. His other account with UBA has about 150k but is already frozen.

I see a disorganised and disoriented person in him anyways.I just must say this

What I've deduced from speaking with him so far.

There are issues

He isn't coming up with rational explanations but trying to solve it on his own. Although he has issues. Catching him in person won't resolve issues from what I deduced here. trying to talk him to provigiding you a car to hold as security while he resolve issues with your order. To buy himself some peace grin

Ive asked for solutions. And here are a few

1. Camry is on ground. He wants to remit final funds and then collect that one. Though I wanted him to send it to you even as we speak but its held down by balance payments.

2. His cars are coming in in two weeks

I told him you are my brother and wouldn't want to make his life miserable. I'm asking for something solid like give you a car to hold as security now/first

He's begging not to turn the heat on and pleads for two weeks

EFCC is the option then. Cause he knows you're looking for him and he won't be found easily.
