Jesus did not use that verse as an example that those who do wrong in the society should be excused but should be corrected by the authority the case has been presented to. They present the case to Jesus and having seen her sorry state gave his opinion, conclusion and advice and not judgement.
It's rather amusing why people use this stone casting to excuse themselves from any wrongdoing.

I am not using any Bible words or qoute to excuse anybody wrong doing. All I am saying we should pray for her and help her out in any difficulties she facing rather than persecuting her.
Bible says : Do not judge, so as not to be judged.

In this situation, we look for way to help her out of her circumstances not persecuting her.
