This menace is a two way thing. While some stupid lecturers demand sex for marks, some girls willingly go looking for lecturers who they would give sex for marks.

An NGO should start to compile a compendum of all randy lecturers in all our universities. The documentation should be online.
Any student who is a victim should be able to go on the site and mention the full names of the randy lecturer for publication so that when he is sacked it will be difficult for him to get a job.

I know of a lecturer who is currently battling to clean up his name from the internet after he was sacked in 2008 for sex for marks. Anytime you type his name, to see his research publication, the sex for marks story shows up. It cost him a lot as many institutions refused to employ him, many reputable international journals refused to publish his works. I just hope he has changed.
