Yes there is... But its as irrelevant as the P in psychology to Uber and Bolt. You can only hit the road on Yellow cab things.

You no get wahala for police and VIO. Just show them the documents. Them go leave you. The documents says you're already processing a license hence no be your fault say e never come out.
