Where in the US do you see members of the US Army asking people for IDs before they can move around ? Well, if your ID card says Sambisa but you are found in Enugu, you would have some explaining to do.

Should all of Sambisa be combed and it is agreed that the people are all residents of the place, and crime continues, it would be easy to Identify Sambisa as a hot bed whose citizens protect criminals.

I'm a Nigerian, denying people basic amenities when they cannot prove their identity is my suggestion. Not mandating them to carry it around all the time like a tag. Besides, even if I had no solution, that shouldn't silence me when I feel another person's solution is to the detriment of others.
