Hot Water Bath Or Cold Water Bath? Which One Is Better? by Flame4chi(op): 7:01am On Oct 12, 2019
Are you always confused about whether to take a bath with hot water or opt for a cold water bath? How do you decide which one to choose?
I normally bath with cold water even during cold season which I enjoy. Are there any side effects for its excessive use in the long run?

Op one man's meat is another's poison. I know of many that dare not allow cold water to touch their body including a medic. For some, the temperature of the dar determines and yet to others it is a way of life.

There is no rule to it whatsoever.

Hot water for me. It wakes me up and makes me feel good at the beginning and end of the day. I guess it depends on your body temperature. I am always cold... if it’s a day that I sweat a lot then cool water. Early mornings are usually hot water sha.

Cold water always makes me feel sleepy.

Re: Hot Water Bath Or Cold Water Bath? Which One Is Better? by Nobody:
Dilute the hot water and let it be moderate.

Hot water gets your blood circulating better and loosens the knots in your muscles. However, if you're prone to acne or pimples, hot water can warm up the fatty cells beneath your skin and increase the frequency of your breakouts. People who are prone to acne are often advised to exfoliate once a week and use cool water.

Cold water, on the other hand, can make your body more habitable for pathogenic viruses that cause common colds.

So let the water be lukewarm.
