Igbos cry because they are ambitious. Others tends to be ok with mediocrity. Wonder why the igbos are the richest ethnic group despite the Biafra war?

How do you judge richest ethnic group? What modalities did you use to arrive at your conclusion?

No tribe is filled with only saints, and the Southern rivalry is a good thing. It has pushed the region to achieve due to competition. But why does the SE always take this rivalry personal. The Yorubas were not created to fulfil the Igbos desires....Each region has responsibility for itself. The sooner the Igbos get that, the better
How does the SE takes the rivalry personal?,stop trying to present the yorubas as innocent in your rivalry cos both of you are with faults.

Go back and read Mustapha's interviews about how Yoruba leaders sabotaged Abiola's resolve to become president. He said he would release the video clips if they doubted it, and they kept quiet. They went to Abacha and told him not to release Abiola, that he should deal with him, but when they visited Abiola, they told him not to leave the prison until his mandate was restored. Majority of those who did this were the people that formed NADECO. That's why I believe that Yoruba are two-faced.

So you want me to believe Al-Mustapha a tyrant solicitor that MKO wife was killed under his order over the Yoruba leaders?

Seems you Igbos are lily livered that can be controlled by beer parlor gists. It’s not a surprise coz almost 80% of you beleived Buhari is Jubril from Sudan.

Wen u point a finger, 4 fingers are pointing back at u.

Yoruba are not part of the South, they have never been.

Yoruba are the Southern part of North West Nigeria.

Historically, they have interaction with those parts and share history with them.

Bringing Yoruba to join southern Nigeria is to try and cause confusion.
You are seriously confused and deluded. Prior to the APC union, tell me when Yorubas and Hausas ever had any alliance? If you mention the Civil war, then you are a dunce.

And i would list various occasions where Igbos have allied with the Hausas to 'hurt' Yorubas starting from Azikwe....who eternally jealoused Awolowo

And you the yorubas are without faults you think?, it's this senseless yoruba vs igbo rivalry that is giving the hausa/fulanis the opportunity to look down upon the other ethnic groups in the country.

Yoruba and Igbo can never be friends

Last we will break up this country and everyone will be on his own

Fucck other ethnic groups they are all Yoruba haters

They all hide under the Igbo to hate on Yoruba

But we are too big for their hatred to stop our progress.

We all know how you people in South South and South East hate Yoruba.

When GEJ was marginalizing South West you were all making jest of Yoruba and back then it was politics not betrayal.

Yoruba are giving massive support to APC and we deserve the presidency ticket.

If Igbo need the Presidency ticket they should demand it from PDP not APC, that's justice

Now we don't want to demand it from PDP. In fact all of us are For APC now.

So we have chosen our candidate EL_RUFAI

Yoruba and Hausa have historically interacted with each other.

Yoruba are aliens to Southern Nigeria and have no social or cultural affiliation with SS/SE until the British brought them to Nigeria.

Yoruba region is actually, Southern North West Nigeria. They share the North West Sultan of Sokoto.

Lol, like you have a choice. When did the Igbos start having a say in who rules Nigeria?

Crawl to your region and seek solace and come back here when you summon the courage to contest for presidency under APC or PDP.

The discussion is for those that have the night to contest and not defeated people.
When did Yoruba start playing national politics? Just this 2015 you stopped being in the opposition. It all started with Awolowo. Obj was not supported by your people, so don't count his stay in office as being your tribe playing national politics. He was a pan-Nigerian project.

Don’t mind them. We’ve been holding the dignity of the south since 1960 when Azikwe first sold the south to the north.

We held it against Ekwueme, Ugoh when they betrayed the southern hemogeny against the sons of the soil.

The Yorubas alone stood against the southern antagonists that called themselves friend and we have survived through the storm.

Read my post again....this time slowly. That replies your 2nd statement.

For your question, crying like a grieving goat because of the Yoruba alliance with the Hausas in 2015 is one. When clearly, that was an alliance that favored the Yorubas.

Foaming in the mouth with the thought that Yorubas may contest in 2023 when no Yoruba has even declared interest, is another.

Going paranoid when any Yoruba politician is mentioned, both those dead and alive. Its worrisome.

That is reasonable enough! But the igbo need to start seeing APC has a national party and hence join the party massively. Not castigating PYO or other Yorubas in APC unnecessarily. That way, they may represent the 2 leading parties in the presidential election come 2023. Remember what the Yoruba did in 1999! At least i see Umahi in PDP already.
So without Apc you won't support an igbo presidency then?,what if the north insist n the Apc breaks up before 2023 as it's likely to happen?,you will go your separate ways n paved way for a possible northern presidency again isn't it?

If you know all this fact then why do you all keep blaming the Yorubas for being an ally of the north?

Isn’t it the Igbos that had been the lackey to the North since 1960? Why can’t you blame yourself and stop dragging the Yorubas to the mud with you.

Igbo voter a Yoruba man because they have no choice. It’s two Yorubas on the ballot.

OBJ already defeated Ekwueme in the presidential primaries of PDP so you have no choice than to support him. So what are you bragging about?

What a stupid statement

In the year 1999, the two major political parties fielded SW candidates, by doing that they automatically ceded power to the SW, in 2007 the North enjoyed same privilege, the same scenario played out under the unwritten rotational arrangement till date except for 2015, so why are you now pretending as if the issue of zoning is new to you or is it because the SE interest is into consideration in this case?

See am an Urhobo man I need to make it clear before you people tag me ipob. When I read many of your comments here all I see are people without historical background or be they have short memory. Let me lecture some of you briefly....In the political history of this entity called Nigeria the Yoruba's have always known to play the opposition politics which I respect them for bcus every healthy society need opposition. Example, Awo played an opposition during his political Carrier days. I laugh when the Yoruba's here say that IBO's have always be relegated to the back sit in Nigeria politic that's, far from the truth. 1960 when Nigeria gain her independence the first governor general whom the colonial masters handed the power to was Tafa balewa from present Bauchi state and Dr. Namdi Azikiwe the Owelle of Onitsha who, became the president October 1963 when Nigeria became full fledge republic, while Tafa Balewa was the prime minister bcus it was a parliamentry system of government then. Also, the first military head in Nigeria is Agurosi from present IMO state, Dr Alex Ikweme was a vice president to Shagari in the first republic. The only Yoruba man was ever a military head of state was Obasanjo, also the first Yoruba man to occupy the office a civilian president in Nigeria same Obasanjo. Shonekon was just an accidental interim govt. This was while G.O Adeboye said in one of the then Holy Ghost congress that if there is any Yoruba man who should be grateful to God is Olushegu Obasanjo papa Iyabo. So the school of history actually has it the IBO's have never be relegated to the back sit in Nigeria politics. In 2015 the northerner needed power badly bcus they felt they were being shortchanged while the Yoruba's felt that the then president Jonathan was not carrying them along terms of appointment forgetting, that PDP zone the spearship to south west but tinubu used his them ACN members from south west to vote for Tambuwa present Sokoto state governor that was how he became a speaker, yet the Yoruba's blame Jonathan for it instead of tinubu that, was the begin of Jonathan misunderstanding with Tambuwa bcus of the same Yoruba's issue in the party zoning which Tambuwa went against!

I don’t give a bleep about Buhari, it’s like you don’t know me by mistaking me for a Buhari supporter. I’m only an advocacy for the Yorubas and I don’t always drag myself into any argument with the Igbos unless they abuse or misinform people about the Yorubas.

The Igbos tried voting a renowned fugitive called Atiku who was a Muslim northerner so what is actually your argument?
