Bad belle people, power belongs to the North.

They already have it and dont have to murder anybody to keep it.

U have nothing to grasp and not even the support of your fellow Southerners or the International Community.

2023, the North will seek the support and vote of SS/SE to actualise their ambition, same way the SW was used in 2015.

Atiku proves, the SS/SE are equally as dependable.

There are no permanent friends in Politics, just Permanent interest.

At the bolded, it’s not a surprise , the North have been seeking the support of the Igbos since 1960 and seeking it again in 2023 shouldn’t be an exception.

The surprise would have been if Igbos say they won’t ally with the north to antagonize SW.

Azikwe, Ekwueme, Ugoh, all did that so the present generation of Igbos doing same shouldn’t be a surprise to sane minds.

Now using your own line, when did a corrupt fellow like Jonathan became George Washington that everybody should vote for?

The Yorubas did not vote Jonathan in 2015, it is our right and we are proud of it.

Why then do you always blame the Yorubas of betraying the south, when you have done the same thing triple times.

Don’t you think something is wrong somewhere?
The only difference was that Jonathan was a minority facing attacks from the north, most of whom was based on ethnicity and religion.

Jonathan was a neutral fellow from a minority ethnic that could have resulted in a southern unity if the South west played ball, but greed no allow them.

Instead, they went for the low hanging fruit which anybody could have done.

Ecstasy154:
The Yoruba Council of Elders, YCE, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to, without further delay, call the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai to order.

The Yoruba elders pointed out that the campaign by the north to contest the 2023 presidency with the South will plunge the country into a major crisis.

It said there should be no controversy over 2023, adding that it is the South’s turn in 2023 to takeover power.

YCE, scribe, Dr Kunle Olajide warned that Northern politicians must not make careless statements or remarks that can plunge Nigeria into crisis since Nigeria is a fragile country, and presently tottering and bleeding.

“Buhari should call APC members to order over 2023. He should call his party members to order. Buhari should call Governor el-Rufai to order. These people are not only distracting Buhari, but they are also disturbing the peace of Nigeria,” he was quoted by Sun.

“There should be no controversy over 2023. It is the South’s turn in 2023. Zoning is sacrosanct, and el-Rufai, Tofa and these groups from the North calling for the scrapping of zoning in 2023 are not only greedy and unpatriotic, but they are also enemies of Nigeria. They want to derail Nigeria. Northern leaders and elders should call el-Rufai, and Tofa to order.

“Nigeria is a fragile country, and presently the country is tottering and bleeding, politicians have to watch it. They must not make careless statements or remarks that can plunge Nigeria into crisis.

“This is what el-Rufai, Tofa and others calling for the scrapping of zoning are doing. If they truly love Nigeria, they should stop making inflammatory statements. They should not allow their personal interests and greed to put Nigeria’s unity in jeopardy.

“Nigeria is already deeply divided, and scrapping zoning is like inviting anarchy. Scrapping zoning will create further division among Nigerians.

“The present zoning arrangement should not be tinkered with. Scrapping zoning will have grave consequences for Nigeria.

“For Tofa and el-Rufai to say that zoning is dead or should be scrapped when it is supposed to be the turn of the South in 2023 is an insult to the sensibilities of Nigerians, and it is not acceptable.

“I believe that Gov. el-Rufai is just testing the waters by saying that zoning should be scrapped, and perhaps he is doing that because of the rumoured reports that he has presidential ambition in 2023, but if he has that ambition, he should just drop or forget it because by now his eyes should be clear that he and others in their group in the North who also have same interest will be resisted.

“Why must el-Rufai, Tofa and others in the North be calling for the scrapping of zoning in 2023 when it is supposed to be the turn of the South? This is why I said earlier that some of these politicians are greedy and very unpatriotic. They don’t think of Nigeria first. They are selfish and self-centred.

“Then again, Tofa and el-Rufai should not think there is one monolithic North again. The North is divided now and you can see that the people of the Middle Belt are already saying that they are no longer part of the North.

“For me, I believe that all these jostling for power at the centre will stop if Nigeria is restructured. If we return to a true practice of federalism like it was done in the First Republic, all these struggles for power at the centre will stop.

“Not only that, restructuring will also put an end to all the present socio-economic woes facing Nigeria. This is what I expect all these elements in the North and APC talking about scrapping zoning in 2023 to tell President Muhammadu Buhari to do.

“If Buhari truly loves Nigeria and also shares the same vision and ideals with the founding fathers of Nigeria, he should take the issue of restructuring serious, and ensure that he does it before the expiration of his second term.”

Yeah but now you want Yoruba support to become president?

What I observed in this case is that Nigerians don't love each other again. Hate speech here and there. The leaders should do the right thing. If the northern man is found wanting, give the same punishment as in the south. Nigeria is not the largest country in the world. But leaders should respect the rule of law.

Can I ask u a question?

Is Buhari a Yoruba man?

Wat do u think he owes u?

On his back Yoruba became VP, and Speaker, plus Abiola day GCFR.

2023, Fulani again but this time with SS/SE swing vote, not Yoruba(SW) half and half.

Becos of sw half and half vote, Atiku defeated Buhari and the case is in Supreme Court,. u are still talking, and wen we look, we cannot see wat u did for Buhari.

Why were we taught to believe in God?

Africa today have more religious people than anywhere else in the world and also more poverty.

Is it that our acceptance of God is responsible for our poverty.

In the sense that rather than take matters into our hand we start being unrealistic by depending on an unseen God.

Are we not amazed that in the biible, Abraham and Sarah waited till old age to get a child.

Is it that God enjoys people pain becos, if he had the answer, why hold it until Abraham commited fornication with the Egyptian maid to birth a child before giving him and Sarah Isaac.

The same thing for Job, the bibble said Job did everything right but God gave him the greatest punishment and he still loved God regardless losing all his children.

Again Zechariah given child in old age.

I dont want to believe that God is wicked but the burden on us seem too much to bare.

I can understand that to be God is something amazing but our pain is nothing to enjoy.

Yes oh, Tinubu can become the President of thieves in Nigeria or President of Lagos-Ibadan motor park Agberos or President of Yoruba Muslim Association or MURIC, not President of Nigeria!!

Yorubas are gradually showing how selfish, unreasonable, foolish, inhumane and at the same time unintelligent they are with this their 2023 clamor for Presidency.

Olusegun Obasanjo was the Military Head of state in 1976 and handed over to Shagari, with Ekwueme as VP.

Alex Ekwueme was supposed to become Nigeria's President after Shehu Shagari, Buhari thwarted that opportunity through his military coup that ended Shagari tenure and returned Nigeria back to Military rule!!

Abiola won Presidential election in 1993, but IBB annuled it and Abacha took over and died, Abdulsalami took over and decided to hand over to civilian government, and Alex Ekwueme and other eminent Nigerian politicians formed a national party PDP which Alex Ekwueme was to become the flag bearer but to pacify Yorubas for the death of Abiola, Ekwueme was shortchanged again and PDP presidential ticket handed over to Obasanjo a Yoruba man.

After OBJ, he handed over to Yaradua a northerner who died and it got to the hand of an Ijaw man from Southsouth, and from there back to Buhari a northern Fulani with Yoruba VP.

Common sense ought to tell Yorubas to support Igbo Presidency just as Igbos massively supported Obasanjo a Yoruba man, an Igbos massively supported Obasanjo.

Honestly Yorubas seems to be the problem of Nigeria, it was also Yorubas and their greed that tore Nigeria into pieces in 1966, when Awolowo out of greed after loosing at federal level to Nnamdi Azikiwe returned back to Western Region to tell Akintola to give him the position of Western Primier Akintola was already holding and this brought the whole ruins Nigeria is witnessing today.

Now Tinubu has started the same thing Awolowo did.

We are watching this time around to see angry

This guys are funny.

One thing I know is after 2023 all the gods of yorubaland and the yoruba moslems combined will not stop Igbo presidency.
Imagine your pathetic comment that PDP is sure to field North/SE ticket meaning you guys in the SE have resigned your fate to becoming a VP candidate to the North in PDP. Is it crime for someone from the SE to become a Presidential candidate in PDP in 2023 despite the SE massive support for PDP? You're comfortable with VP candidacy in your adopted party PDP but want a Presidency slot in "Amala and Ewedu party APC" that you hate so much . This stupidity you call smartness will be the undoing of some of you from that region.

It was actually Azikwe greed that got the Igbos cornered and rendered a major ethnic group like your eternal slaves. If not for Azikwe greed, the Igbos would have been calling the shots in Nigeria.

Seems you just finished smoking weed, so APC will field an Igbo vice in 2023? I’m even discussing with a kindergarten here.

SW worked for the presidency, we don’t go about threatening or abusing other tribe, MKO fought for it and got elected through the ballot, OBJ reap the benefit of MKO during those period. Even when NADECO was fighting the military, they did not go about insulting the whole north or taking it personal.

Your only work towards achieving a presidency in 2023 is constant threat about leaving Nigeria, abusing other tribes, shouting marginalization, and constant hate.

The Igbo man cannot be pleased, if you’re both given $50 to spend, the Igbo man will still complain that your notes are new and his own is old notes. They are NEVER contented.

Question: what work has the Igbos put in to become the presidential flag bearer of APC?
You are not smart, ogbeni...

Going by your warped logic, which work did Obasanjo do in the PDP in 2003 that warranted his re-election?

If you had any sense, you should know that Nigeria have a choice in allowing to prevail by letting the Igbos have a bite at the presidential cherry or get jet-set for the consequences of any arbitrary behaviour which.might as well spell the end of Nigeria as a body politic.

Think before getting carried away in irridentist fervour...

Are you of voting age in 1993 when MKO was voted as president? The Igbos in their usual betrayal of the southern cause voted for Tofa, a Fulani from the north.

The Yorubas won through the ballot in 1993, got annulled, was voted through the ballot again in 1999 and 2003.

When has the Igbo man ever been voted through the ballot since 1914? Mention one time, just one.

If you have never achieved the feat of the mighty Yorubas, then you shouldn’t have the audacity to talk about making anyone president. Coz how can a king- maker be perpetually subservient to his subjects?

But the SW voted the same Jonathan in 2011 and he payed us back with marginalization by making the Igbos his major adviser.

The same SW were instrumental into making him overcome the Turai cabals when they tried denying him the presidency position when he was acting President.

SW a majority tribe was not deemed fit to be in the first four position in Nigeria, and yet you think the SW should keep supporting Jonathan?

Jonathan bite the hand that feeds him and he faced the consequence of his action. How should that be the major headache of the Igbos!

OBJ won all the SW states excerpt Lagos for PDP in 2003 and yet you’re asking what was his relevance?

OBJ that has the power to make and break senate presidents at that time is who you are asking what he contributed to the PDP?

The Igbos always push the narrative that the Yorubas betrays the southern unity while in actual fact the Igbo man is the one that have done that continuously.

For us to unite, we must forget the past and chart a new road with a solid bargaining prowess and stop all the blame game.

I’m already tired of Nigeria also, but we won’t keep shut when the Igbos deep dishing out lies while projecting some victim mentality.
