When I first reported their recent delays, some people thought it was my fault. Now almost everyone have same experience.

Now when I top up:
1. I do it before 12pm

2. Send them mail 1 hour after Initial evidence of payment email.

3. Send them mail or call again before 4pm.

I have tried this twice and my payment reflected Next morning.

I can not give them space to play with my sweat.

temi4fash:
Too much customer is worrying them.

Had to call them today after 6 days of non reflection

So I was doing a quarterly review of my portfolio and my numerous fund managers, I decided to track all fund performance for the last working day of September which is the end of last quarter, so below is a rank of how our fund managers performed that day.

For this quarter, treasury bills rate is dropping gradually and I don't see any reason for rates to increase anytime soon. I told a friend some weeks back that judging from the way that longer tenors in treasury bills was been over subscribed, that means the market anticipates drop in rates, if that is true that means rates for this quarter will be lower than last quarter

Some asset management houses seems to be overconfident and have consistently been giving their customers low rates of dividends; a concern for rethink!

I doubt that this list is correct. The websites of FBNQ and Chapel Hill show rates different from yours

FBN https://fbnquest.com/asset-management/historical-funds/

CHDenham: https://www.chapelhilldenham.com/investment-management/
For CHD, It couldn't have dropped from 13% to 10% in two weeks.

Where did you source your yield from?

The last working day for third quarter (Q3) is 27 September, so check fman website for rates on the 27th September, let me know when you do.

I don't need to check FMAN. The length of time is immaterial to justify the difference

That was what I intended asking him his source of information, the rate cannot drop sudden to the present rate published on Chapel Hill Denham website, with the current economic realities there is no way the rate could drop to this

Simply means one of them is incorrect. I'd take the one of the fund manager over FMAN's

From my experience fman website is usually not updated regularly. Most of the rates there are not current. To get the current rates the websites of the different fund managers are more reliable and it will show the previous business day rate. I have followed closely with Chapel Hill at a time I have to call their customer care when I saw the disparity in rates. in fman site it's averagely 13% plus while their website say otherwise. in fact their website has always revolved around 11% and of recent went down to 10%+ same goes for others. The table you have up there may not actually be the true reflection of the different funds and their managers

Really! I can't believe you are saying this.

First the rates published by FMAN is directly from the fund managers, they(fund manager) send rates daily to fman to publish on their(fman) site and newspaper.

If you follow fman closely you will notice that some fund managers have N/A, that's because for some reasons they didn't send for that day.

If you say what fman published is wrong that's like saying the fund manager sent a wrong rate to them.
