Fixing fan in a tricycle without door is like fetching water into the ocean

Why is he excited about a fan in a keke? When even hats and jackets are fitted with fans these days? It's not his fault sha, that is part of being in a 3rd country. The people see fancy toilet bowls and go woooow, so you press this button and water comes to carry the shit away?

I guess the driver is trying to chill and attract customers.
