But on a serious note, how much is wheelchair and yet they will be blaming buhari, what the Bleep are the governors doing, abi na buhari dey vote governors in too? The moment we realize that the purge should start from within,then we can start seeing progress.

Don't rush in to defend Buhari with deficient knowledge.

The Governor has no business with a Federal Teaching Hospital. If this picture referred to Enugu State Teaching Hospital then we will ask the Governor and his Commissioner of Health questions.

....... we can't continue to blame the government over everything, the management of that hospital gets the allocation no matter how little but the monster in them would rather think of their pocket first.

Unless you can cite clear evidence of misappropriation by the hospital administration, then I'll blame the government that should not only fund the hospital but also ensure that the funding is utilized properly.
