While not tour other teaching hospitals in the country,iam not Igbo but I reside in Enugu and have been admitted in Unth,which other hospital will you compare to it in Enugu,when I was I'll I was taken to Niger foundation,saint Leo,Annunciation, mother of Christ,82 div,etc.none knew what was wrong with me until I landed in Unth that night they spotted what's was wrong and I received a very intensive treatment,though the environment stinks but stop comparing to other naija hospitals pls

Unless you can cite clear evidence of misappropriation by the hospital administration, then I'll blame the government that should not only fund the hospital but also ensure that the funding is utilized properly.

If you give someone money, you should request for accountability of the money whether or not the person knows what is right or not.

That is why there is auditing.

I truly and genuinely understand your point as being right thing to do but blaming the government won't yield.
you know government depends on the meaning we give it. first, if truly democracy is about the people, then you and I is the government.
secondly the civil service forms the core of this evil. the governor is not meant to audit cos he can't be everywhere (though I would leave his share of the failure to him) but there is a director, a ps in that ministry that is meant to do all this but are failing.
you and I is part of this, are we both willing to do right thing to effect the necessary changes. I know you are right on point but it goes beyond that.
