AWB ain't bought to score goals or spray passes. No. He's to hold the right side of the defence and guard it with all what he has. Cover up for any lapses with his fellow defenders. Any other things are added advantage and should be welcomed.

If he score goals today, it doesn't make him useful as a striker. Do the primary job first and do it well. Every other thing that comes with it are the icing on the cake.

Exactly Alaye. Tell anybody here that criticises AWB for his lack of attacking capabilities the same thing. His job is to defend not to attack because we are still in 80's that a defender job is only to defend and a striker is only to score goals.

I followed Ur argument talking about firminho, dragging Drogba into it and all.

You argued firminho played mostly as false 9 or an attacking midfielder and even argued he may get more goals than any average player if given the task to play as a top 9 ( which there's been no evidence of, except just a figment of Ur imagination)

Now saying Lacazette is a better Striker to Auba is what doesn't make sense. Lacazette that has been playing the top 9 role for arsenal before Auba was bought and still has lesser goals than Auba Abi which Laca are u referring to?
