Have u checked university of hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, if they delay like this, chances are that u won't get it, save ur time and apply other schools, u have nothing to lose

Please house after receiving my CAS what next? Can I apply for VISA asap? Because my course starts January 12. Hope it not too early to apply for Visa because I intend to apply immediately my CAS is out next week.

Don't just apply to one school and wait for response from them, apply to different schools. Even if it is up to 5

Can I present the funds in my Mutual [ Axa Mansaard] or Money market [ Stanbic] Account?

Keeping funds in these nothing yielding savings and Current Accounts ain't it. Besides, with the rate of one chance frauds...One cannot be to careful.

if you are applying for something , you need to read the rules and be fully aware of the end to end process. If your school fees is £12,045 then 9.5 million might not be enough depending on the location of your school

year I figured out its a year program, according to a source those applying for a two year masters program haven't received their conditional admission letter from teeside yet.

To apply for visa for course starting 12 Jan 2020 u can apply from 13 October onward ( ie 3 months to start of course).

If your course starts Jan 12th, the earliest for submission is Oct 12th.
