I mistakenly plugged my USB charger input at the USB input of my zealot s12 speaker . I think it got damaged because I can hear some burn smells.. it refuses to play music.

Please any remedy for this?

How can it be repaired?
I bought it at jumia online, and I dont mind shipping it for repairs.

That's a human actually, most likely used templates to send those responses in quick session.

If you notice even the humans you call via phone answer your queries with prearranged template responses. That's why they sometimes sound so dumb, only a few use their initiative

That last part weak me grin

Please house.. Anybody in onitsha that has been picking his/her package from the post office at New market road??.. Actually they called me yesterday that I have a mail in their office. I was supprised cos for over years my mail have been arriving at Obosi post office which is my local government postal office. When they called they asked me to come with 4300 to claim it.. I was annoyed i asked y cos i haven't been paying any dine before but only for their recharge card like 200, the woman said custom charged 2500 then to pick from their office is 1500 that its sent through EMS which wasn't specified on the shipment method.. I Equally asked them to send to my local government post office and she said anything sent through EMS must be picked from their office irrespective of your destination..
Please anyone with such experience here and advice on how to go about it cos the 4300 is much.. I told her that i won't pay that they should send it back to China. Also am expecting 2 mails now i don't even know the one they are calling me for.

Once custom check your package you must pay custom fees. Yours is even cheap, some have paid 12K and above for items. Initially people thought it was illegal but Nipost posted officially about it.

Well I a chat with the seller during the Chinese holiday delay about the product over logistics. He responded was prompt unlike many, but still after the holiday was over still slow in shipping it. He mentioned I will only get updates only when it reach Nigerian shore. But the problem now is the track no he gave is not even showing on the site track.

Oya try this, launch getapp (mi store) try downloading any app with large mb and see if that data restriction bla bla bla will pop up, if it pops up change the restriction to unlimited once it starts downloading the app with large mb stop the download and go to play store and download whatever you want to download.
Note: this is from my personal experience with rn7pro and it works flawlessly any time I have problem downloading from play store. Hope it will work for you.
thanks bro, I want to launch it and this pops up, which one shud I click pls

Jecyangel:
1) You must pay the NCS charge, it's legal;

2) Recipients don't pay for reciept of packages except the package was "under-charged" at the originating PO, then the recipient must pay the balance to the "delivery PO" if charged. If this is the case, additional paper stamps will be added to the parcel and ink-stamped. AFAIK, this is not applicable to EMS items.

There's nothing like recipients of all EMS parcels must pay a particular amount! But if they insist, ask that official receipt of EMS (or NIPOST) be issued to that effect otherwise DON'T pay. As a matter of fact, since it's an international parcel, NIPOST get paid for by the originating postal service, not the addressee except if handling fee is applicable to EMS items too. If so, it's either N200 or N500 with a valid official NIPOST receipt issued.

3) Also, EMS parcels are delivered to the address indicated, not to be picked up at the PO except things have changed. However, this case of you paying for NCS charge might be the reason for asking you to come for the pickup.

Note: my submissions are based on my experience and my little knowledge on NIPOST ways.

Track with other tracking sites or post your tracking info (if you're comfortable with that). If you can't track it while in China, I'm not sure you can when it reaches here.
