yes. can't say if those without it were allowed to do the test back then. but they were not allowed in as at when I went in.

I also received for 21st venue gbagada Lagos i won't be going tho as i don't have a drivers license even if i can drive manual or auto. Peeps who wrote the test testified no driving license no test..

Pls do you know if they also prevented those with recently expired DL from writing the test ?
Because my DL has expired and I have not been able to renew it and don't knw if they will allow me sit for the test.
