From my observation she has been held in captivity for months with very little food. Probably locked up somewhere.

Latter he will go to nightclubs and spending lavishly, wine of 5k buying it 50k. If EFCC raids such clubs and arrested those guys some wicked, foolish bird of a feather will come online and be ranting against EFCC

The moment you become venomous when people criticize crime, the more suspicious you become. As much as the guy you quoted isn't all that right, he is also not all that wrong. Some club are grounds to catch some so called criminals and robbers who flaunt heavily with money stolen.
Actually I would rather prefer that efcc raid down our big boys who are our politicians. sadly, it isn't happening as expected and to worsen issue people seem less concern and pragamtic about the crimes of politician and our leaders but throw more focus on petty criminals they see everyday in their home and street, I call this pettiness.
Moreso I am not stating that cyber crimes should be swept under the carpet, it is a major crime in our society today.

I have lived in sane societies outside the shores of this country and I'm highly aware when human rights are being abused or when there is a deliberate effort to keep the public in fear. Its not about being venomous when people talk about crime but the ability to speak up when you see the rights of a common defenseless man being trampled upon.

That being said, if you happen to be a crime investigator and you are presented the case of the said girl, would you just buy to the idea that more clubs should be raided because that where you think whoever did that will spend their money? The club itself is an avenue for another man's income who is not into crime, its a source for a DJ to earn a living, its a source for cab men to earn some income, its a source for showbiz......instead of raiding randomly and shutting these sources of income down why not make thorough investigations, gather enough evidence, mark your suspects and hit them at home when they are surely drunk or too tired to move?

You shouldn't turn blind eye on this just because it doesn't affect your source of income directly.

Truth be told your 100% right! intelligence gathering and marking of the actual criminals through thorough investigations will be best procedures and it will go a long way to track criminals and their long term activities including their organizations and channels. It will reduce damages owners of clubs and bar have to pay because of criminals but even at that there has to be a close watch of how bars operate to minimize the likely hood of them being a syndicate to criminal organizations. Fact is our society is really rotten.
The girl in the original post might have been kidnapped and traumatized but how do we know when no proper investigation will be carried out.
