@op,u need to increase your water intake and see d quick result. I had such a problem b4 and my doctor recommended that for me and since then i never used to experience such again unles am sick.
My water intake nw is 50cl in every hour excluding midnites which is equivalent of one sachet water per hour. Just try it.

What has your Doctor told you so far about the headaches?
Headaches ae often just a symptom of something else, ranging from the most innocuous to the most malignant causes.
Your doctor will have to take a full history and then conduct relevant examinations(head to toe, may just be eye problems).
Headaches doesnt just have to do with blood flow problems like some illinformed person suggested here(except they are implying you have suffered a stroke or transient ischamic attacks)
The best advice is what youve been given by Akinreal and Odunnu.

I hav come to discover that the two major causes of headache are High blood pressure and eye problems. Confirm if you have history of any of these and see a medical practicioner.

My doctor had on several occasion taken my blood for Lab analysis and came up with several suggestions that I needed to treat malaria,typhoid fever, High BP, and ave even done comprehensive eye check up twice with prescribed glasses recommended which I currently use occasionally when reading and when on my system.The headache  does subsides only when am the prescribed drugs from doctor but resurfaces when the dose is completed.What else can I do? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!

It could just be a stressful lifestyle.
You should also ask your doctor about possibility of this being migraine.
There are many associated symptoms with that and some migriane medications my help after diagnosis is confirmed. If your doctor isnt getting to the root of it, you can ask for a referral to a specialist physician, maybe a neurologist.
Consuming lots of anagesics isnt the best, its got a long term effect on the kidneys and you dont take them except you really have to.
Bottom line, detailed history of this condition, physical examination and relevant investigations will in most cases nail the diagnosis and help with treatment.

Your suggestion is not only risky, its frankly dangerous without knowing the actual cause of the haedache.Drinking 50cl of water each hour means you drink about 12L of water in a day.( i think you need to google the word 'polydipsia')
The risk is in overdiluting your blood and depending on the cause of the headache may actually raise your intracranial pressure.(your GFR-the rate at which the kidney filters out water will go up initially to try to maintain a balance, but a very rapid rise in water levels is quite dangerous)
Please what worked for you may not work for everyone cause you don't have the same diagnosis. Be wary of ''one size fits all'' treatments.

nt necessary dat he shuld b consunming such a quantity whch am nt sure its up to 12ltrs. He cn  make it 3ltrs a day nt only for hs problem bt also for general health benefit like blood circulation and maintenance of normal body temperature. Am nt saying that it must work bt just for hm to try it since its only water whch is harmless and wt no side effect.
@reindeer again,i hv never heard that drinking much water cn be harmful to d health,am only hearing it nw for d first time. I drank a lot bt never heard any problem since 7yrs i started it. Tnks

Try reading up on Polydipsia and water intoxication.
I'm sure wikipedia will have something on those.

its okay. see your doctor again and get him to refer you to a specialist if the problem persists.

Am considering scan as the last option if after every thing the symptoms still persist.

ok!If you are looking for an effective and permernent natural remedy,i suggest u use black stone.Just use a razor to mark ur forehead,then place the stone at the mark on ur forehead(the stone will magnet ur head).After drawing out the whole headache,the stone will fall down.

My case is sort of different.

I used to have this mild headache that's usually triggered by hunger most times back then in the Uni., and anytime I have it constantly, I know malaria is looming. This year has been a tad different, after seeing a Physician, I was treated for malaria, but I still get the constant headache. Its usually mild. Atimes its moderate but never chronic. I have also been on pain relievers for 3 days on 2 separate occasions as prescribed and was advised to take green tea every night on the second occasion.

I just finished the second occasion of using the pain reliever some days back, it was even prescribed with 'm vite' which I still use.

Well the green tea hasn't been super effective. I've been reading about types of headaches and I'd like to know the type of therapy you think I need.

PS. I usually try to rest well so fatigue and exhaustion might not be culprits and I don't bog myself down with thinking.
