It’s a conventional believe that many men who go into marriage add-on weight unnecessarily, against their wish anyway. Here are some tips to help you watch your weight and help you look you as of before marriage.
1. Start your day with ‘red and greens’, in company with enough water
2. Continue your habit of taking your cooler to Iya Sikira cafeteria, while at work or home (but ALWAYS eat your wife’s food at night, and should be as early as 7pm). Anything after 7pm, should be water(has no calorie)
3. Help out every day in house chores; mobbing the floors, using your hands to wash your clothes, do the cooking if need be especially if you like pounded yam like me
4. Let the breasts of your wife ONLY satisfy you… You can ‘do the do’ every day if this is correct
5. Drop your car and take a walk with wifey either to the Malls, Market, and what have view
6. Designate at least 3 times in a month for physical exercise ( at the GYM or wherever suitable)
7. You may add yours…… I have spoken well( mo wii re)

Late night eating does not cause weight gain. Eating healthy meals at whatever time cannot make you gain weight. You people will just hear something and not bother to research.

It does not. If you eat healthy foods in the right portion at night, you won't have big tummy.

It doesnt add to weight gain directly but it still messes up your metabolism and puts you at risk of certain diseases.

Ideally you should have done with food some hours before you want to sleep

Diseases like? Studies show that sleeping actually increases your metabolism. So imagine burning the food while sleeping. Eating healthy meals at the right proportion at whatever time of the day wont make you gain weight. Imagine the man eating junk and unhealthy food by 12 pm everyday and me eating healthy meals full of vegetables by 9pm everyday. Who is at risk for diseases? This thread is about weight loss by the way.

Eating late increases blood insulin, glucose and cholesterol, which puts you at risk of diabetes and heart disease

Your body reacts to food eaten during the day differently to food eaten at night. Its better to maintain consistent blood glucose levels than give yourself insulin spikes when your system is not expecting them

Eating late at night makes you unhealthier in the long-term. Its not as simple as the difference between junk food and vegetables.

I know what the thread is about. You will lose less weight if you eat at the wrong time.
