Secondly Ferguson is not surviving losing his best players every blessed season so the premise of Liverpool crashing and burning because of what happened with Dortmund is erroneous. No Klopp team sufficiently armed financially will fail to compete

I ain't refuting the Fact that OGS is an average Manager, but we have to be cautious with next Appointment - if at all the Board finally do the needful on him.

Not all Managers are good at identifying Players that will perfectly fit into their System. Some are good at managing, squeezing average Players to deliver extraordinarily.

The seasons Chelsea and City won was when they started matching United in spending. Reason the league/ top 3 was shared by those three teams and Arsenal earned the coveted fourphy. With Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs spending now baba would struggle badly.

If I look at ur post closely at a point it was btwn Ferg and Chelsea with the Abrahamovich effect and spending power, City took same route as Chelsea and started appearing up there later and they wrestled the frequency from Ferg. Now extrapolate and tell me how he would have fared with Spurs, Arsenal and Liverpool spending now and joining the league of spenders.

Checking the winning trend larride dropped up there alone shows his dominance started dropping as soon as Chelse then City started matching his transfer spending and wages even Mikel dumped manyoo for Chelsea ( something that was very unusual before then) and went on to win the league.
