We even go as far as buying land and property for our unborn generation to give them a fighting chance.

u people are missing the point here ,He didn't say 10m is not lot of money ,he said it wouldn't give u that dream live u aspire for immediately ....example 10m u can buy an apartment 8.5m in festac and a tiny light 1m money done finish or rent buy a shop in market like 5m then stock the shop with 5m....meaning if u want a average modest home in a leading city in Nigeria u need around 15m

10m is a lifetime income that many Nigerians can not aspire to reach.

lets be practical pls.

it will take a man earning 100k/mo nearly 20 years to save 10m and thats if he can save 50%/mo.

you can set up one palm oil mill with N1m every year with 10m in tbills.

not everyone wants to leave in gra or drive venza or build gaint house.

Realistically how many persons can boost of such amount not on this page... if you can, you are a abit safe above average .
Most individuals strive to attain a 10m figure and once that is done they see that as being secured of atleast 100k return of investment..

Own land in a nice environ(not inside forest)
Put ur kids in a very good school
Own a serviceable vehicle
Afford basic amenities even healthcare....etc
Feed properly everyday.

Put a price on all this and see how far 10m takes u

Personal 3experience: i travelled to UK 2016 November/december, i changed 600 naira to a pound and was drinking a glass of beer 4 pounds. That means i was drinking a glass which is less than 60cl for 2400 naira compared to 250 or 300 naira, same beer with even less alcoholic content. To the topic, 10m in naijja is worth more than 28k dollars on America. My sis just bought a 2 bedroom flat and the cost if converted is 87m naira, who does that? Thats the reason i dont want to move my family over. As for peace, e boku for akwa ibom. My humble suggestion, you can argue with your personal experience.

you will always go wrong while trying to compare U.S and Nigeria. In the U.S you don't really need 28kusd to live. You can live on a zero dollar in as much you're credit worthy.
90 percent of Americans don't have up to 1kusd in their bank account, but they are still able to afford big cars and comfortable lifestyle.



10m naira is not ordinary. It's a life changer if you know what you are doing.
