It depends on the university. Some Uni. gives any of the above upon request. While some Uni. don't like addressing official documents with "To whom it may concern".

If your uni. allows that, use "To whom it may concern". With this, you don't have to always go back to your university when ever you need an English proficiency letter. Mine was addressed as "To whom it may concern".

Coz, what if you eventually see a school you are interested in for Summer or Winter and they dont use Uniassist for their application? That means you would have wasted the money you paid for Courier service to Uniassist.

Also, Uniassist will not evaluate your documents, even if you are ready to pay the 75euros, unless you have a school you want your documents evaluated for.

Put the horse before the cart, bro. Channel your energy towards getting a course/school first. You still have time to do so now.

You guys should all calm down. The person you are asking to be banned is also a mod on Nairaland. I have also spent enough time as a guest in the jobs/vacancies section to know he is just as strict and meticulous as Justwise is here. I am sure that he was probably misled by the CoracleNG guy.

It is also possible that the CoracleNG guy is actually a Nigerian Coracle employee that Davide470 knows and that guy probably has ulterior motives or was genuinely trying to be helpful but didn't follow the right channels to inform his company of his presence on Nairaland. We may never know.

I expect this kerfuffle to be cleared up between the 2 mods behind closed doors. And the wrong party should probably acknowledge his mistake here. But failing that, it shouldn't be something we all dwell on.

Yes you can travel after the date. But you can't travel before the date.
