I watch the video of the incident and this guy behaved like a beast flung the phone like a toy apparently for fear of Bob calling the police. Bobrisky didn’t just get up and say he wants to record anyone he’s recording an incident because of a dispute for evidence which the guy wasn’t cooperating. He also has a right like you have urs. If the guy acted right there wud be not recording.

If it was an insurance claim case he will need to have a recording or pictures also.
