Useless senators have 2020 budget in front of them to approve all of.a sudden they decide to start reviewing previous years budgets . These clowns should face the task in front of them and stop wasting resources. Note that they are not saying the money was spent, but that it was budgeted; So it is an implementation issue. Now why would some budget proposal not be implemented when NASS in that period was delaying passing the budget for 7-8months of the year. In fact this news story is worthless . |
