But no matter how much millions you tell a Nigerian Yahoo Yahoo boy that a legitimate business will bring in monthly as profit, they never value it so long as it is not running into billions a day because they are used to getting free money by just sending emails, building fake websites to scam people and inserting chips here and there without stress, they are that useless!!


The highest investment Nigerian Yahoo boys do is buy land, build house, build hotel and maybe start selling expensive cars, that's all.


They hate running any business that will be making money from small small proceeds, and it has gradually become a Nigerian youth mentality that money must be made in huge millions to be seen as success.

Yes my business is still earning within the range I mentioned earlier and to me, its not a bad start because the future is brighter than the present.

lol, which part of Lagos you will get land for 7-10million in Egbeda axis of Lagos, i stayed in Festac when i use to be in Naija, and i know you will get a nice duplex of 4-5 bedroom for 38-45million, it hasn't changed much till date.

38m for a 4-5bdr here in festac will have to be a T8 and a very old house that will require renovation.

Not something appealing like the fresh houses I see at Ajah
