Evaluate with WES. ICES isn’t the only evaluating body for Canada and Wes no longer requires WAEC

@CanadaPR I'm considering going the Unilag HRDC route, I already applied for a master's at UI but the programme is expected to start by March next year and it is for 18 months and I hope to be in Canada by 2021. That's why I'm looking for a faster way.
Nice move. Please carry me along. The website shows application fee is #12500. Do you know how much the total fee is, the prerequisites and when programme will commence. Thank you.

Hi All,

Is there a whatsapp group for October 2019 AOR. I submitted my application 2 weeks ago. If there is, kindly let me know. Thanks.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by sauuron: 8:54pm On Oct 22, 2019
Maybe you should try reading up on the federal skilled trades program. to the best of my understanding, plumbing is a skilled trade and you dont need a university degree for that.
Goodbloke:
Can a plumber apply under the skilled program?

I also want to apply for visa in Canada to study computer science?

Are there any age restrictions to this things as am currently 24years ?

I currently hold an SSCE certificate

What is the best route for me?

Hi, use this( http: // hrdc.unilag. edu .ng/
index.php/
programmes)
to go to their website(Just remove the space). Click on programmes and you will see two pdf files you can download. The files contain everything you need to know about the programme.

I tried uploading the files here but it seems nairaland does not allow upload of pdf files.

I'll be going to the school tomorrow or next to get more information

Pls how did you submit your certificate to WES for evaluation? Through DHL or post office and how long does it usually take?

Thank for your continuous support.

You mean your degree certificate and not your transcript right?

If yes, please use hellofax.com

Your part time job is assessed as half of the full time job. in the real sense, everything your part time job of 32hours per week for 6 weeks is equivalent to 16hours per week for 3weeks.
i think you should only divide either the hours or the weeks , not bothh

I understand that it’s a skilled trade , but the issue here is I want to further my studies there as I currently only have an SSCE result only and at the same time and also work as a plumber

Is this possible?

Ofcourse. most students do that ... school and work at the same time. its up to you to choose if you want to go through the admissions route or federal skilled trade route. i suggest you read up on both.

I think the skilled person route will be better since I’d be adding value to them

Am thinking of Germany, Canada or any country that’s willing to accept me .It seems I have a lot of reading to do

Thanks a lot

every applicant can add value too. Ssce is not enough to get you points for skilled trades

You can only evaluate advanced diploma courses as information I got is that they dont issue transcripts for ordinary diploma.
You will also need to apply right now as application might close any moment from now.
And you can do everything on your phone with a debit card.

The thing is I want to apply for Diploma in French Language Proficiency instead of the Advanced Diploma in Business Administration because I still plan to write TEF and I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone.

Do you know if the French diploma will be evaluated positively by ICES, or is it only the advanced diplomas?

so what do you propose

Does this mean I have to proceed to an higher institution here in Nigeria in order to get a bsc degree

Should I apply for an ND program in yabatech if it’s gonna be accepted

This guy, your statements are somehow sometimes. Look at your nysc cert, calculate the dates written and tell me if it's not 365 days = 1year.

Please do not confuse people on this thread, if you're not sure of anything, visit Page 1 or you ask!!

Check your discharge certificate, 12 months is written there as the duration. Quite a number of people have used it to claim 1 year.
