Less corrupt Nigerian leaders: Obafemi Awolowo, Umaru Musa Ya'radua, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe. GEJ isn't corrupt but he's weak so, his subordinates used his weakness to loot the treasury

Since Nigeria got independence in 1960, $582 billion dollars has been looted by it's fantastically corrupt politicians- who are world renown for turning the country to the corruption and poverty capital of the world. Is there a single politician that has served without blemish that did not become a billionaire after office with bullion vans,private jets,luxury cars and real estate in Maitama,Garki,Banana Island,Ikoyi,VGC,Victoria Island etc and outside the country.

Awolowo is a thief just like Tinubu, and if he had ever ruled Nigeria, he would have sold Nigeria.


He concerted most Nigerian institutions to his personal properties, and also converted Igbo people's wealth in Nigerian banks before civil to his own and returned some to Nigerian government.


Awolowo was a desperate man, those Igbo soldiers that carried out coup for him thinking he would have been a better President if they made him Nigeria's President in 1966 messed up because Awolowo was so power desperate that after he stepped down voluntarily from being Premiere of Western Region in order to contest for Nigeria's Presidential seat which he lost to Nnamdi Azikiwe, he returned back to Western Region to tell Akintola whom he handed over the Western Premiere seat to, to step down for him to climb back, who does that

And Akintola's refusal to step down for him led to the political war that destroyed Western Nigeria and pushed the young soldiers from all parts of Nigeria led by Igbo soldier to carry out the first coup as a way of trying to free Awolowo who was jailed to make him President which they failed woefully!!!



So forget that Awolowo gave free education to the Yorubas in the west, he was never a corrupt free leader, he was as greedy and corrupt as Tinubu of today

personally I think corruption should be In a depraved state, debased, perverted, morally degenerate, weak in morals.
on a scale of 1-100, Buhari will score more than 50 in all of these, its my opinion though and I respect yours even if you give him negative score lol
