EEA ROM can't be installed on a regular Global ROM just like that. And EU ROM has little or no ads and complies with Regulations set for phones sold in the European Union

This is the main Global ROM, it is yet to receive MIUI 11. So even if you change region you won't get it. Only the EU ROM is getting MIUI 11 for now.

All these are miui official rom.
