I don't know what exactly happened, but I have placed order and paid for the phone. The seller didn't ship it in time, then after the order processing time has expired, the order was cancelled and my money was refunded 3 days later, but to my greatest surprise the phone was delivered to me today. 1 Like |

Let's all calm down, he has a conscience that's why he opened a thread to ask for what to do. So make we chill. Open chat with the seller and tell him you got ur phone, he'll ask u to place the order again but he won't ship it and after a few days confirm receipt of the item so he can be paid. i once have similar experience i purchase a phone from a seller on aliexpress , i told her to send to my agent in china , so one was sent to the agent while another customer rep thought the item has not been sent so she send through hk mail to me , i told her and she told me she i should help send $45 instead of $60 , i help her sold the phone to a nairaland through my former profile on nairaland and send her money to her via paypal. 1 Like |

Same thing happened to me recently. I ordered a wall clock from aliexpress which never came resulting to the seller sending another one. Fortunately, I got both wall clocks which was a surprise to me. I chatted the seller, telling him that I'd gotten the other wall clock which I asked how do I refund him back. Why I didn't place a new order directly was because I couldn't even access the item again, perhaps he was thinking I tried out-smarting him hence why iw as temporarily blocked. He simply told me to keep it as gift with plenty of smiles and commendation for my honesty. The moral here is that, it's good for the seller to forego it than for you to feign ignorance and keep both the money and the phone. Simply place an order of the same phone and click "item received".
