Angelicbeing, i forgot what i promised you tongue
Didn't snap. Was so tired by the time I finished.
Prepared my chicken suya and masa.
Used basmati rice. Didn't add sugar. Ginger, onions and little salt.
I tell you, it was sumptuous.

Everybody enjoyed it.

U don't stay around me, would have packaged some and send to you.
Do quick and marry pls.

U are indeed very excited cheesy
Soak ur basmati or jasmine for some hrs. 3 to whenever is ok. Before u soak, remove small and boil till very soft.
Sieve and put in your blender, add small onions, ginger, sugar, salt, anything u feel want to add and blend with the cooked one in water. Add baking powder and yeast, turn and cover for an hr or more. And fry.
I used traditional masa pot.
Baked some. Actually prefer the baked one. Less oil.
U can use pancake pan. Very ideal.
