Is ur rom EU or the Global MI rom, cos am on EU and i got the MIUI 11 update immediately i got connected to the internet. So confirm ur rom type.

It won't change. And that's because you are using Nova Launcher.

The themes supports the launcher that comes with your phone and not a third party launcher.

Note 8 doesn't have it. I asked xiaomi Nigeria and they said it's the pro that has it.
