"Adding to this complexity is the fact there appears to be a very thin demarcation between builds that are only intended for the Mi Pilot beta testing program, meaning that builds assigned for this group will not install on devices with Mi Accounts that do not have the requisite permission. The same builds then get opened up as stable release, creating a lot of confusion."

There appears to be a server side switch, which Xiaomi flips and lets the same build get installed on all devices

am definitely skipping the note 8 ... note 9 woud be launched April in Nigeria probably ..and would definitely be a better upgrade to the note 7 and note 8

am yet to get the update if it's official stable update for everyone

Now it is time for BIG SAVINGS

This is the first time I'd be using a Xiaomi device(Redmi 3 Pro). It's cool and kind of odd when people ask you the kind of phone you Use and you say Xiaomi (most people do not know jack about it).
I just want we using this device regardless the model to meet here and share tips on how to get the best out of it eg. Rooting, unlocking, flashing, Upgrading, etc.
Please lets make this work and Shout out to @elijahdre for getting me this wonderful device.
