Kennyswagz2: Not only Gavon but Eguavon.. Go and get one Igbo name from there... Not only that, also a short video of Igbo as their language. Unless you are one of those that feeds on fairy tale. |

AmuDimpka: I clearly avoided watching that video because I know one riff Raff from Nigeria will do the whole talking without the actual people speaking to get first hand Info. So your intellectual hardwork is listening to same people from here without the actual guinea speaking so we can here their names and language. You no different from Nnamdi and propaganda. Your video is trash, full of rubbish and if no substance or concrete evidence. Purely rubbish. |

Wow....this is so educating, thank God for #nairaland. I schooled in Enugu state precisely IMT & ESUT from 2003 to 2012 and the #Mkpokiti I know was a popular bus-stop very close to #QueensschoolEnugu in front of the popular #Ahia9marketEnugu. little did I know that the name #Mkpokiti has such rich and powerful heritage. It's high time we begin as a country to begin to look into certain key areas and begin to harness these potentials instead of just tribal politics. Imagine Nigeria coming tops in an international dancing competition repeatedly and we ignored that aspect of our unique heritage for football and the other sports we struggle with. we should really begin to look inwards. 1 Like |

johbara: Educating my as. Nigeria coming tops my as. There is no tops because countries have their dances - ballet, waltz, rumba, samba, tango, salsa, chacha, merengue, break dancing, cheerleading dance, etc. No such thing as tops. Some most famous Igbo dances include Atilogwu, Egwu Amala, Egwu Ogene, Ode, Odebara, Mkpokiti Akwunechenyi, Nkwa Umuagbogho, Nkwa Nwite, Ikorodo, Egwu Ubo, Okanga, Egedege, Adamma, Mgbaga, Agbacha Ekuru Nwa, Egwu Ijele, Ntukpo, Odegelu, Igede and Igba-Udugongo., Nkwa Umuagbogho, Nkwa Nwite, Ikorodo, Egwu Ubo, Okanga, Egedege, Adamma, Mgbaga, Agbacha Ekuru Nwa, Egwu Ijele, Ntukpo, Odegelu, Igede and Igba-Udugongo. |

BlackfireX: This is an ANAMBRA THREAD not IGBO thread, so why are you shouting "igbo' up and down in Amambra threads on nairaland. There's nothing like Igbo tribe in Nigeria, we just have more than four tribes making up what we call Igbo tribe in Nigeria. The omambala tribe of anambra, the abakaliki tribe of ebonyi, the Wawa tribe of enugu and the aba tribe of imo and abia states. It's worthy of note that none of these tribes understands the local dialect of the other, just that they all speak and understand the superior anambra dialect in common. So stop linking anambra to your so called stupid Igbo tribe because it is insulting to call a highly intelligent Amambra man an igbo. |
