Gentlelife50: Someone invests about 1.5 million in getting a car, and you think 25k weekly is fair enough? At what point will he recoup his capital? Not to start talking about ROI? I know there's nothing I can do about it ![]() I rather use the money and buy fairly used Volkswagen LT bus and ply Oko-Afo to CMS. At least, drivers dey deliver 9k to 10k daily. 8 Likes |

izzou:In as much as we pity them we have to be realistic here, if at all this message should be directed to the app companies. Me said it long time ago, I won't invest in this business with that amount. I would rather look for other things, now how many people have actually recouped their investment in this business? Even those collecting 35k, at the end of the day it's still stories. 2 Likes |

izzou:To look for other businesses to invest in or if possible ooo, drive the car themselves. That way less stress on the car because the owner will want to take good care of the car, or give it out on HP. Driver default after a year or so u collect the car and sell or start again, chaii some people shaa 2 Likes |

izzou: Bros, forget that 10k daily revenue from Danfo drivers, na audio money. True, is they make that much but they lie too much and spend their earnings on frivolity ( women, food/smoke pots and baba ijebu (2 sure and 3 direct). My brother ventured into the business in 2015 but had to sell off the Danfo after two competent drivers dey scope him everytime dem suppose deliver money. He was always on ground to inspect the bus on Sundays, yet, they used Sakamanje for him. The last driver was caught red handed at a restaurant at Ogudu, he lied that LASTMA arrested him and was looking for a bail out . My brother got an info and trailed him to his usual faaji spot, where he met 2 ladies seated by him with plates full of orisirisi . It wasn't funny. 11 Likes 1 Share |

pope191: Bro, the highest I've made in a day is 13k on my Ford Evil Spirit but these days it seems like i don't get to earn at all despite good positioning at ikoyi, oniru, Lekki and Maryland. Is there anything else i need to do? I usually set destination trip to the island from Maryland 5.45am every day and i have only been lucky once, sometimes i just blow empty to the island because i like driving over there than here on the mainland (I get apprehensive a lot and the fear of Danfo bashing my car or passing through a one way route or LASTMA /council boys extorting me) makes driving on the mainland dreadful. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Y1nka: And also upload pictures of car exterior, interior too. Because all these ads they post here when you call, what you will get or see is often times nothing to write home about. I once sent a number if a car owner partner who posted that he has a car and needs a driver, the guy called and the man started listing things 1...its a manual car 2..the exterior is not to neat but he can use it for a while before they go for painting 3..the shocks and other components that makes up the legs are bad.. Bla bla bla... Would be nice if pictures are uploaded 5 Likes |

Y1nka: My brother with this your write up.. The conclusion is that this business is not for you or everybody .. A guy just posted how his neighbor or pastor was able to drive on uber.. Saved enough money to travel abroad to do his masters. And he was able to also pay for his part of his accommodation and master program.. Now I dont think the guy has two heads... this is want separate the poor and the rich.. The poor sees an obstacle and says this is not possible.. The rich sees an obstacle and says I will make it work.. Keep in mind in I have a female uber driver ,she has been driving for me for six months plus.. With the money she made she used to help herself and family.. And now she has move on to other things for now pending to tend to personal matters.... .. Successful people are not ordinary people in a sense . This are people that are willing to test the limit and go places that ordinary people or either too scare to go or don't have the heart to go.. This is why rich people barely give handout to others. They struggle for their money when others were busy saying the impossible .. My advice bro is to find another job or avenue to make money.. This uber thing is not working out well for you.. Uber is not by force. 3 Likes |

These life it's information(on opportunities and right skill set, service to offer) and hanging out with the right people naaa him person dey take blow oh. I took one of my rider to eko hotel, she had a client that booked for a massage with her agency because the way it works they register with the agency and client call these agency that they need a massage and the agency sends them to go do the job. As I drop her waited for an hour the babe came down with tip of up to 30k plus the 50k they paid to her agency. Crazy local man has to be on the road for 12hrs to hit 15k. Also do you know they have those that do massage with happy ending that one naa 100k them dey pay 1 Like |

Chuwaa: In any business you have to say to yourself.. Am I for the long run or short run .. If you want to run a fleet of cars on uber .. This means you are going in for the long haul. It takes time and patience to learn a business.. Mistakes will be made and you will face challenges.. Companies like Apple ,Microsoft, Facebook, Global com, just to name a few.. Some of these companies have been around before me or you were born.. They didn't start making money right away. Many of them went through trial and error before finally making it big.. Each business has its ups and downs. Just because few owners are not making money ,does not means others are not.. Unfortunately Nigeria matter is we want to make money fast fast and easy ..that is why some are wasting their precious time focusing mainly on selling cars. Everybody is a car dealer in Nigeria now.. Nobody wants to do hard work or farm work.. 6 Likes |

Freshprince91: The only thing that can make me drive empty to the island is if my client need me at a particular time and destination trip is not helping, d way I'll b frowning inside the car self, for me working is not by force, if trips r not coming, sleep will obviously come or I use my head to figure out other things. I can't guaranty any price as work may melt someone sometimes, but positioning and not going to all trip still remain d main tin, outside that where u set out from for the day is also important. Most times I start work from surulere have always been a drag. But if I find myself around ogba or Berger ard 7am... I'll gently drive down to omole estate and isolate from drivers, I don't set destination or bother to cancel short trips going to magodo 1 or 2, ogba or ikeja, I take dem as deh come, as long as its not 10 30 yet, your chances of getting long trip is still cool... Most times I can do short trips from omole to magodo, magodo to opebi, opebi to alausa, just within the axis I'll make 5k, from dia maybe ard 12 noon get a trip to V.I that 7k5 from V.I/ikoyi lekki may pop in, if it gets to chevron that around 2k (9k5) and if u find a trip back or further to sangotedo, ur money keep increasing, but once I find myself back to phase one and my dash is displaying 12/13k ard 5/6pm... I'll gentle set destination trip back to ogba and gently go through d back door to Awolowo rd, if I'm not getting a trip worth 2k I'm not leaving dia, most time u get surge ard that time. You can consider a trip to yaba and drive to unilag (Sure zone). Cc: perkins 2 Likes 1 Share |

They don't rub anything "special". The first step is to take out any body hair- shave, wax or use hair removal creams. After that, using any body lotion with even groundnut oil, will give that shine. Though some can use baby oils or scented body oil. The fairer she is, the more attractive it would be to (most) men. Some (might) mix a lil bit of foundation with oil. Just for some balance ![]() In all, leave laps and lift up your eyes to the hills; from whence cometh your help. 12 Likes |
