This shows that there is no govt in that state.

Stubborn road-side-sellers deserve this treatment because they cause untold nuisance and problems to road-users in PH, YENAGOA, WARRI and many other cities. The government will build markets for them to occupy but they'll leave the market empty and occupy the roads. Tombia and Opolo Markets in Yenagoa are two good examples.
