Because you think something is false or a hate speech does not mean it is actually false.
The moment government decide what you can say or not, you know that you are not a free citizen but a puppet
if you have facts to back you information you have no cause to worry

Sensible comments like this gives me joy. Even if what you is post is true. They will still look for one technical fault to pull it down, and render all your evidence null and void. They have been doing it for ages and are masters in the craft

These days, children are not allowed to be children.
What is this Mammy-water looking hair you have burdened on that poor child?
Your daughter is naturally beautiful. This thick fake hair you put on her makes her un-beautiful

The only thing Nigerians know how to do is create laws that no one is going to implement.

This law will only affect a certain class of people, it is not for everyone on social media.

You see now, the same tool they used massively to destroy others but he who has nothing to hide doesn't bother.

Now the culprit is afraid because there is a saying 'that a man who beheads people with a matchet doesn't allow someone with an ordinary knife to go behind him'. That which they don't want to be revealed will soon come to light because Nigeria is just too big to hoodwink everybody.

Way forward. Anything that is needed to be done to get Nigerian to think and act rightly must be done. You cant just sit in your room and add a video of crime in Pakistan or elsewhere to comment on something that happened in Nigeria and then post on Facebook thereby making people to believe that the video and the comment relate to a particular situation.

and you think restricting freedom of speech is among the problems of Nigeria ?

We can’t approve bills to regulate money spent on salaries and offices of politicians! It’s social media bill

Those who deliberately misinform Nigerians because they work for their own parochial agenda should officially face punishment. I back this bill die and they might as well call it death to bloggers bill. Nigeria needs information regulation and sanity ojare.
