The federal government, through the Nigeria Customs Service, has directed that petroleum products should not be supplied to fuel stations within 20km of the borders.

Hameed Ali, Customs comptroller general, issued the directive in a memo dated November 6 and seen by TheCable on Thursday.

If they cab buy fuel at 350 so can we ,relative to our population our crude oil productions is very very small

Ghana is an oil producing country. simple

Our neighbours go hear am most especially Benin. Hardly you'll see a regular fuel filling stations there.. Majority are jerry can sellers

This is a right move to the right direction though Nigerian custom fail to act in time.

What Subsidy please ? Are you aware the Buhari govt says it has since removed subsidy ?

Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world yet you say we are richer than the countries you mentioned ? You are not a realistic person

Mr Buharist which subsidy ? Even the Buhari govts says it's has no subsidy it's running so what subsidy are you talking of ? Was subsidy not completely removed in 2016 ?

Ghana already have refinery as far back as 1960s, with many small refinery located across the country. and this was before she discover oil. she once refined Nigeria oil . The amount of oil she produce fetch her billions of dollar annually, that is very significant for 30 million people.
