There are certain items/equipment/electronics one should not buy if it isn't new. You never can tell the condition it was used in the past. And there are no guarantees on its shelf life. TVs and ACs are some of them. They look appealing on pictures but save yourself the headache and plan towards buying a new one instead.

Not answering your calls any longer is not a good one from onlinealaba. However let's give him the room to say his own side of the story.

you have not answered the question. don't let someone else answer on your behalf and give a wrong impression about you. this is an opportunity for you to control the narrative about your business dealings here and for you to debunk contrary claims to your legitimacy. give a direct answer to the concerns I raise in the previous post you quoted.

I don't think seller is to be blamed for any issues that arises from sales of any used product especially electronics.
Just like uboma said, used TVs, ACs, refrigerators etc are so delicates that u can't predict what will happen next after purchase, to make the matter worse the price difference from the new ones is not too far apart. Why not buy new ones even if it is not that popular brands.

Have been trying to reach you but number unavailable, well that's just by the way . In business they say customer is always right and as a brand to reckon with Onlinealaba respect the phrase, I could remember you sent money before you even saw the goods that goes to show the level of trust you had for me and my biz, Now my singular regret was making use of the technician that came to fix the AC am sorry for all the hanky panky it was all against my business ethics.

You called me some weeks later informing me of the development that a particular indoor unit was not working you bought two unit one is working perfectly and we agreed on Changing it am sure you can attest to this even though this not my fault as power input is the one that burned the Panel.

Now this was where I went wrong for some weeks now have not been around which I clearly told you have been at Ajah I supplied some quantity of AC to a hotel and am always there to access the work due to that I haven't been in shop for a couple of week and due to the work and many things on my shoulder I stopped picking your call but initially I informed the installer to get the unit across to you and since then I didn't bother asking how far. I know this hurts you greatly but am sorry for everything you are not the first person to get an AC from me on nairaland and since my one year plus selling here I haven't had such negative review as all matters are well sorted out. Tomorrow morning another installer will get another unit across to you and let allow sleeping dog lie. My sincere apology Mr witch .
