exactly...Nigerians would rather prefer to take drugs than refuse to eat the foods that causes the ailment...my mother is a good example of such Nigerians...she keeps eating foods that increases BP and cholesterol despite having high cholesterol and BP..the only thing we could do is to increase her vegetables juice and spice intake

I got diabetes at 18. 2015, it’s a very frustrating thing for me and I spend about 15k to 20k monthly on drugs. All bills on me. it’s not easy for me but I believe God will see me through. I cry whenever I think about it even as I’m typing I’m full of tears.

stubbornes killed my aunt earlier this yeah....she was choked with cholesterol..she repeatedly complained of difficulty in breathing and hard anthritis..she hardly took her drugs and enjoyed herself with fried foods and noodles

It's high time we say no to doctors telling us it's not curable but manageable.
Aloe Vera gel inside water,boiled pawpaw leaf water,bitterleaf water etc will help instead of these chemical they prescribe for treatment.
Am once diabetic but I eat everything I want now while maintaining accurate diabetes marker. My pancreas is back to it's natural state

so sad man, it’s really crazy man, my Grammy lost a limb to diabetes, she was taking only insulin then, that was 2008, I do take alcohol though but it’s minimal, it got so bad then that she couldn’t move with her prosthetic limb we still had to take her for some sorta therapy, diabetes is a night mare bro
