i have been having series oh hard heart beats for days now. it comes like a shock and one second its gone. i initially thought it was cos of the AC in my office so i have stopped putting it on, but its still not stopping.
i have checked my blood pressure and its normal, i have even taken pills but it has still not subsided.
please i need proffessional advice. what do i do next?

Do a comprehensive body check up.

Do you smoke ? If no, then limit your consumption of red meat.
Try to engage in light exercise too

Do you also experience chest pains, light headedness, and shortness of breath? If yes, I think you should do an electrocardiogram test.
