Oshiomole constructed over 1000 roads as governor, built and renovated over 1000 schools across the state, built several hospitals, built a university, revitalised public transportation in the state and brought in several investors who set up companies that are actively functioning today.

Obaseki hasn't achieved half of the above yet he feels Oshiomole's advice or input isn't necessary in the state.

Obaseki is on a wrong path and except he makes a U-turn, he's definitely not getting the support of APC to continue running the affairs of the state, least he becomes another politician who will loot the state without remorse like the PDP days and use state power to silent anyone who questions him.

But I couldnt help but notice what you said at the end.. Please can you list the location of the 1000 roads and 1000 schools osho built, I'd like to visit them

I know he also renovated a specialist hospital at New Benin side (Been a while I been in Edo)

I don't think you know how the map of Edo State look like not to talk of the happenings in the state. all development in Edo State today are the hand work of Adams Oshiomhole.

Oshiomole may be crude but he's a man that knows the game and has the people at heart. He actually grew up in the streets, from active labour unionism that saw him holding Obasanjo by the balls to governance where he wasn't scared to step on toes to ensure that Edo state is set on the right track of progress.

If PDP and Igbinedion achieved half of what Oshiomole achieved in Edo, I tell you that Edo will be amongst the 3 most developed and investor friendly states in Nigeria.

His method is rough but it gets results. That's what's great about him and with time and more education, he's going to be better at governance.

You don't just pick a fight openly with that kind of person.

Obaseki doesn't understand this. He's forgotten that power is transient and it is people that make you what you are in a democracy.

Which Obasanjo did he hold by the balls? Is it not because PDP never abuse power like APC does that he, Oshiomole was able to do that? If OBJ treated him like APC treat people, would Oshiomole be free or thrown into prison? If PDP did what APC is currently doing, would he Oshiomole had won the court case?

So what has Oshiomole as APC National Chairman got to do with the victories in Bayelsa and Logo States, was he not there when the APC lost Rivers, Zamfara, Bauchi, Oyo, Adamawa and IMO States? Every politics is local and elections are won and lost based on mainly local interest of major players and stakeholders. Where they fail to agree, the opposition takes swift advantage and it becomes like one man has performed too many magics because even the Federal might can never work in a vacuum, someone local power brokers must agree for it to work.

Funny enough, Oshiomole rarely lost a fight in his professional life. He seems to be talking less now and strategizing more.

I think the game plan would be to factionalize APC and organize two parallel congresses and produce two governorship candidates. One of them would go to court and the PDP candidate would be sworn in as appeal court would say there was no valid candidate in APC during elections. Even though the APC wins, they won't enjoy the victory.

Obaseki is book-smart but politically naive.

Oshiomhole won't and can't do anti party when he is the party Chairman. If Oshiomhole says Obaseki is not going, Obaseki will not go anywhere.
