Please, is there offence to vow in church following an alter call at the end the person did not remit the vow for reasons that the money he is expecting failed to come?
Will God be angry with such person like you wouldn't have taken the vow in the first place, therefore i will strike your life with poverty or something ?

You said the money expected did not materialize, why is there still a question?

By vow you mean free offering I assume.

Vow is under Old Testament law.

Exodus 22:26-27

If ever you take your neighbor's cloak in pledge, you shall return it to him before the sun goes down, for that is his only covering, and it is his cloak for his body; in what else shall he sleep? And if he cries to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.
