You will notice from the 2 examples above that the Yorubas were the lifters. P-square rode on Lola's influence and funds to become who they are today. I know Lola's dad very well. He was my customer when I was still in the bank. He is the MD/CEO of an Oil and Gas firm in Lagos/PH. He is very wealthy and influential.

Same can be said of Davido. He is the one putting Chioma on the map. Now, imagine that the Igbos were the lifters here, the chest beating of the 15% illiterates Igbos/tribalists would have been louder than woofer. I am not generalizing though. There are so many correct Igbo guys. I can only point at about 15% of them as tribalists. (From a sampled audience)
